# Logging a BeBack Visit

## Use the 'Log a BeBack Visit' button to track when a prospect returns for an additional visit. This helps maintain an accurate visit history and allows management to monitor ongoing customer engagement.

### Step 1: Open the Opportunity

Navigate to the Opportunity (Deal) record for the prospect you are working with.

### Step 2: Log the Repeat Visit

1. Locate the **Log a BeBack Visit** button in the upper-right corner of the Opportunity record.
2. Click **Log a BeBack Visit**.

### Step 3: Add your visit notes (optional)

After creating the BeBack, click into the **Notes** field on the Opportunity record and enter any relevant details about the visit. Save your changes before navigating away.

### Step 4: Verify the Visit Count

After clicking the button:

- The visit counter in the lower-left column will automatically increase.
- The updated count indicates the total number of repeat visits for this prospect.

### What to keep in mind when logging a BeBack visit

- Only click **Repeat Visit** when the prospect has physically returned for an additional visit.
- Avoid clicking the button multiple times for the same visit.
- If the visit count looks off, **refresh your screen** and check the count again. If it still doesn't look right, reach out to your manager or system administrator to have the count manually adjusted — do not click the button additional times to correct it, as that will inflate the total.
